As\u00ed, seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo informe de mercados inmobiliarios locales de Tinsa, el precio de la vivienda profundiz\u00f3 su ca\u00edda en el segundo trimestre retrocediendo un 11,5%. Un porcentaje superior al registrado en el trimestre anterior del 9,2%.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor parte de los territorios y provincias siguieron esta senda descendente,\u00a0<strong>siendo la ca\u00edda m\u00e1s destacada la vivida en La Rioja, con un 22,6%<\/strong>, recorte que devuelve los precios en esta comunidad a los niveles de 2003. A continuaci\u00f3n, se situaron Catalu\u00f1a (-18%), Arag\u00f3n (-16,3%), <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmobiliariabancaria.es\/index.php?texto_vi=alicante&amp;tipo_vi=-1&amp;provincia_vi=-1&amp;operacion_vi=0&amp;subtipo_vi=-1&amp;precio_vi=-1\" target=\"_blank\">Comunidad Valenciana<\/a><\/strong> (-14%), Castilla-La Mancha (-13,8%) y Madrid (-13,8%).<\/p>\n<p>En l\u00ednea con la media nacional se situaron Castilla y Le\u00f3n (-11,8%), Andaluc\u00eda (-11,6%), Navarra (-11,5%), <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmobiliariabancaria.es\/index.php?texto_vi=murcia&amp;tipo_vi=-1&amp;provincia_vi=-1&amp;operacion_vi=0&amp;subtipo_vi=-1&amp;precio_vi=-1\" target=\"_blank\">Murcia<\/a><\/strong> (-10,8%), Canarias (-10,6%) y Baleares (-10,5%). Completan la lista, Extremadura (-10,1%), Galicia (-6,2%), Asturias (-5,2%),\u00a0<strong>Ceuta (-4%), Cantabria (-3,6%) y Melilla (-3,3%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<blockquote><p>Tarragona (-19%) y Toledo (-18,7%), las provincias donde m\u00e1s baja entre abril y junio<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Por provincias<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de La Rioja, destacan Tarragona (-19%), Toledo (-18,7%), Zaragoza (-18,6%), <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmobiliariabancaria.es\/index.php?texto_vi=almeria&amp;tipo_vi=-1&amp;provincia_vi=-1&amp;operacion_vi=0&amp;subtipo_vi=-1&amp;precio_vi=-1\" target=\"_blank\">Almer\u00eda<\/a><\/strong> (-18,1%) y Segovia (-18%). En el otro extremo, se encuentran Cuenca (-0,1%) y Orense (0%). Lugo es la \u00fanica provincia que presenta un leve ascenso del 2,1% durante el segundo trimestre.<\/p>\n<h3>El noreste, la zona m\u00e1s a la baja junto a CLM<\/h3>\n<p>En cuanto a los\u00a0<strong>descensos acumulados desde m\u00e1ximos de 2007<\/strong>, destaca la situaci\u00f3n del cuadrante noreste peninsular, que recoge los mayores recortes liderados por\u00a0<strong>La Rioja<\/strong>, que ya ha corregido sus valores un\u00a0<strong>39,7%<\/strong>, seguida muy de cerca por\u00a0<strong>Catalu\u00f1a (-39,3%), Arag\u00f3n (-37,8%) y<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmobiliariabancaria.es\/index.php?texto_vi=valencia&amp;tipo_vi=-1&amp;provincia_vi=-1&amp;operacion_vi=0&amp;subtipo_vi=-1&amp;precio_vi=-1\" target=\"_blank\"> la Comunidad Valenciana<\/a> (-36,2%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este grupo destacado, aunque ubicada en la zona central e influida en su comportamiento por Madrid, se sit\u00faa tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong>, con un descenso desde m\u00e1ximos que alcanza ya el\u00a0<strong>38,9%<\/strong>\u00a0de media.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<blockquote><p>Toledo (-43,1%) y Guadalajara (-41,1%) registran los grandes desplomes desde 2007<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Es en estos \u00e1mbitos donde se encuentran\u00a0<strong>las provincias con recortes acumulados por encima del 40%<\/strong>: Toledo (-43,1%), Guadalajara (-41,1%), Zaragoza (-40,4%), Tarragona (-40,2%) y Barcelona (-40%). A ellas se unen otras con descensos desde m\u00e1ximos tambi\u00e9n muy relevantes como <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmobiliariabancaria.es\/index.php?texto_vi=almeria&amp;tipo_vi=-1&amp;provincia_vi=-1&amp;operacion_vi=0&amp;subtipo_vi=-1&amp;precio_vi=-1\" target=\"_blank\">Almer\u00eda<\/a><\/strong> (-39,2%), M\u00e1laga (-39,1%), Girona (-37,2%) y <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inmobiliariabancaria.es\/index.php?texto_vi=valencia&amp;tipo_vi=-1&amp;provincia_vi=-1&amp;operacion_vi=0&amp;subtipo_vi=-1&amp;precio_vi=-1\" target=\"_blank\">Valencia<\/a><\/strong> (-37,2%).<\/p>\n<p>En sentido contrario, las provincias que mostraron comportamientos acumulados menos negativos fueron aquellas con\u00a0<strong>menor densidad de poblaci\u00f3n y con un mercado de <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Residencia\" target=\"_blank\">segunda residencia<\/a> menos activo<\/strong>, fundamentalmente en el cuadrante noroeste.
